The Ministry of Energy and Mines of the Dominican Republic, in partnership with Wood Mackenzie, is delighted to announce its first licensing round to open at an event in Houston on July 10th, 2019, closing in December 2019.  The Ministry is offering fourteen (14) blocks, a combination of on- and offshore.
